They quietly removed the feed planner for free and plus members which is the main thing I use this app for. So you’re either forced to upgrade your plan or stuck without it and paying for another app to see what your feed will look like before posting. UPDATE: They keep referring me to Instagram article that won’t do me any good. I’ve already looked and Instagram has a SCHEDULER not a PLANNER where you can see a mock up of your feed within the app.

Doesn’t let you down the videos when adding them to your posts on social media

I thought, okay, maybe I will try out Plus for a year and see how it goes. The price is listed as $26.49 yet when you go to make the purchase it says that it’s on sale for 40% off…for $49.99. Thanks but no thanks. And with app after app asking for a subscription you get to a point where you just have to say no. Allow a one time purchase for the bulk of the options and then have little packages as add ons. No more subscriptions. Ugh.

You need to update the grid with square to fit the new Instagram layout!!!

Can’t remove watermark on reels without pro subscription I already have plus but pro is expensive

App use to be great and I used it for years and even purchased some presets. Now everything has a watermark except my purchased presets so time to delete the app and find a new one.

I purchased templates to customize my posts a while back because the app was proving its worth. This was before they switched to the typical subscription model. Tonight I tried using the app for the first time in a while. IT IS FORCING ME TO PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TO USE THE TEMPLATES I ALREADY PAID FOR. Every post I try to start is now automatically watermarked. When you press the ‘X’ to remove it, it locks you at the ‘choose your subscription’ page. [Yes, I ‘restored purchases’ as well]. If you are starting this app new, their subscription price is too expensive for what you get, imo. But it’s clear to me that this company has thrown ethics out the window. I understand the push for subscriptions, but not at the cost of the customers helped you get to where you are today.

I paid for a lot of templates with the one time fee but now there is an unfold watermark on everything and it’s asking to pay for subscription. This is not right considering I paid the fee for the template just to have a watermark added to my content now

Used this app for many years. I haven’t used it since the introduction of a watermark and the push for customers to subscribe. Today, after a ‘friendly’ notification to use the app again I’ve decided to delete. What a disappointing ending to a once regularly used app.

This app is seriously lacking in terms of allowing you full editing control of your content for the price you’re paying. Reel templates can’t be altered AT ALL. Not the music, not the length of each clip, not the transitions. Nothing. If you create a reel from scratch, you run into the same problem. Each image/video clip is trimmed down to 1 second, and can’t be made longer despite “starting from scratch”. This subscription comes out to $140 annually, so you’d think you’d have full editing control for that amount of money. You’re better off using instagrams in app reel editor. This app was a waste of time and money. I will be requesting a refund, and hopefully will get one because I have ZERO use for this app now. Very misleading. DO NOT PURCHASE
