Food tracking, workouts, online advisor and live streams with tons of education. This app and all that it does helped me go from 298# to 205# just following the process and learning how to eat better. Not cookie cutter diet from some AI bot - real support from real people dedicated to making a difference.
For the price id like net carb counting, fasting options, better without exchanges. Things that shouldn’t be hard to add in. My fitness pal and Carb Manager already have this
Love the mission and support.
Been with the app since 2019 and the team @1stPhorm made some positive changes throughout the years. It keeps getting better. Customer service and support is quick. I’m a paid member and I am happy with the app and the team.
I really enjoy the features of this app! The premium version with coaching has been huge for accountability and motivation! I’ve had Montae Kaufman as a coach for the first quarter of the year and I’m already feeling amazing after losing 15lbs. Still more to go but Montae has helped me put together a game plan that works and I’m building habits that will make this a lifestyle change and not just a challenge for a short period of time. Love it!
I can’t say enough good things about the 1st Phorm App. It has been a huge part of my fitness journey and has helped me stay consistent, accountable, and focused on my goals. I pay for the premium version and have been working with Coach Montae—his feedback has been invaluable. Having direct access to a coach who provides guidance, encouragement, and accountability has made a significant difference in my progress. The ability to track both workouts and nutrition in one place is outstanding. It’s user-friendly and makes it easy to stay on top of daily habits, which has been a game changer for me. Like any app, there are occasional glitches that can be frustrating at times, but they don’t outweigh the overall value and effectiveness of the platform. Overall, this app is absolutely worth it, especially if you’re serious about improving your fitness and want structured guidance and accountability.
I reached out to an advisor because I felt like I was constantly in a deficit that I couldn’t maintain. I had no idea what my macros needed to be to get the results I wanted. What I loved about working with Montae is that when I reached out for help he addressed my questions immediately and gave me a starting point to get going right away. It turned out that I didn’t need to be in a deficit I needed to be in a surplus to gain muscle. So now I am eating so much food and I am the leanest I’ve ever been and I keep hitting PRs in the gym. I’ve always been into fitness but I had no idea what my body could do and look like if I fuel it adequately with the right types of food.
Downloading the app and signing up I deceptive. I entered all info requested and chose the $0 plan only for it to want to charge me $10/month. Why list it as $0 and trap people who aren’t paying attention? Glad I noticed it but very shameful 1st Phorm
There are a lot of benefits w this app. Daily tracking of nutrition, workouts & steps are usually great. The app glitches from time to time which is annoying & frustrating when you lose your recorded info. I find little things that need updating: the water tracker has preset ounces but it goes every 2-4 ounces up until 50oz, then jumps straight to 100oz. Not a huge deal but if you’re someone who drinks 80 oz you can’t re order it. Better yet, it would be nice to have a plug in your own number feature vs presets. If this were a free app I don’t think I’d be irritated it for $30/month I expect better. It randomly loses my recorded workouts w weight, then I have to guess the weight I was using. Again, it’s not life changing but it’s definitely someone think about dropping & saving myself $30/month. It’s nice to have all the tracking in one place. It’d be nicer if it worked & was updated.
I love 1st Phorm products so I thought I’d give the app a try. Workouts are decent, and an okay variety of stuff to do where it’s the gym, at home, minimal equipment, etc. a couple of things that need to be addressed: there needs to be more options for substitutions on certain lifts, and we should be able to add in how many rest days we take. I’m a 4-5 day lifter and each program is programmed for 6 days a week. So it throws off the tracking a bit
