I bought a plan for Europe and it barely works in any of the places I’ve visited and I’ve been to small towns and major cities. The e-sim is rubbish.

I purchased an eSIM and was not working, I contacted costume services using the app, the service was outstanding, and very fast, and they fixed the problem and now my eSIM is working fine.

I purchased e sim week ago not working and try with support for all week to try fix not working its scam not working , i did all troubleshooting the support team told me to do and not working its scam, i ordered other esim form different provider working with no issue and high speed internet

As a frequent traveller I am using it for last 3 years and I found it excellent. Easy to purchase and used. Also economy than local sim. It’s also trusted. Give supreme value of your money.

Time after time trying to create an account. Never worked. But SIM cards worked without account. This time - nothing works. Exhausting !
