We have been working with the desktop version and mobile version of this software for several years. Our company has a personal liaison with ingenious med and we still have missed MIPS, patients not loading onto the platforms, dissynchrony between the app and the desktop platform, bill’s not being recorded (mostly on the mobile application), synchronizations not working, the app, shutting down intermittently, among other problems.
App occasionally can't process diagnoses placed, especially if many specifications are needed
Very slow now. Have to log out a lot. The updates take long time. Lots of glitches. Other providers complaining too.
Totally broken after 01/26/2026 update on numerous iPhone models. Support looking into it but not sharing further details
This app is super clunky and not useful. Will not hold favorites, indeed inability to hold favorites. Nobody knows what “inst fx bio flut x48 “is or means for a diagnosis. Please make this user friendly

Worst app I have ever billed with
The app is junk. Reminds me of all those stinkers that proliferated in the very early days of the App Store. Interface is absurdly 2010’s. Slow, imprecise and clunky. The developers seem to hate their own product, and maybe they do, I know I do. Made suggestions for improvement several times. Nothing really ever changes but then what would an end-user know about an app’s ‘end-use’…
Re-iterating: IM Bills has come a long way from what it was a year ago, when it would freeze and glitch every 10 seconds. Now no glitch or hitch for even a 1hr session or longer. Logging in is faster and more streamlined; if logged in within a certain time period without having to input login credentials again (finally!). Just pull down to refresh in 3 seconds and it updates much faster on cellphone, computer, and tablet. Highly recommend now that updates have fixed many frustrating issues. Im a practicing hospitalist and associate program director for an IM residency and am happy with the app at this time. Thanks to the dev team, and I apologize for the aweful review I left >1 year ago; you redeemed yourselves indeed. Continue the great work.!
