Refund Policy

14-day refund
If you’re not happy with Sluice Pro within the first 14 days after your initial purchase, email us and we’ll issue a full refund. No questions, no hassle.
How to request a refund
Email hello@sluice.fyi from the address tied to your Sluice account with the subject line “Sluice refund request”. Include the Paddle receipt number if you have it. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; the credit appears on your statement within 5-10 days depending on your card issuer.
After the 14-day window
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
Beyond the 14-day window we don’t offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. We may make case-by-case exceptions if you contact us and our service is at fault (extended downtime, billing errors, etc).
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 14-day full refund. After that window we won’t refund the unused months, but you keep access for the remainder of the year.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback — we almost always resolve issues faster. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended.
